Join us this Thursday night for a talk about Web3 Security. We are super excited to have invited guest speaker Elizabeth for this session!

Elizabeth is the Head TA for Penn's CIS 7000-004 Web3 Security Class, one of the few, if not only, classes that discuss Web3. Cis 7000 has been pivotal in building the Web3 ecosystem at Penn, and Elizabeth has been spearheading the construction of the course.

In this talk we'll review a series of infamous exploits and how they could’ve been prevented. In 2021 alone over $1.3 billion was lost due to bugs in smart contracts – too often security is treated as an afterthought until funds are lost and it’s too late.
